MORE 4Business - protecting privacy online and elsewhere for all our customers. Our policy is clarified under the following headings:

Information about Customers

We retain the e-mail and postal addresses of customers who have responded with us via this website or contacted us using other media.
We also record telephone numbers if they are given to us.

If a customer wishes to proceed with our Trial option, we ask for and retain the names, status, email addresses (where appropriate) of those personally involved in the related Confidential Agreement and also the geographical addresses of the organisations or companies involved.

Usage of Information

To improve our overall knowledge about potential customers, periodically we may use statistical information from the website host to collect general data about how our visitors access the site and data on such items as the number of hits and their countries of origin. No detailed information is taken in respect of individual visitors to the site.

Apart from our associate companies or organisations we do not share information about customers unless, in a co-operative project, we are expressly requested or instructed to do so. At present the only associated organisation is Boswell Consultants in the UK, the originators of CostCalc.

It is implicit in the above statements that we do not sell personal or technical or commercial information obtained from customers to others.

In the event that we have links on our website to other organisations and these are used by our visitors, we accept no responsibilities in respect of the data collection or other actions carried out by such linked organisations.

Visitor Responsibilities

We expect visitors to our site to respect its contents, just as we expect our staff to respect the content of others.

If visitors to our site concurrently or subsequently carry out unlawful procedures or act in a manner harmful to the site or to others, we reserve the right to take remedial action and/or inform the appropriate authorities. We also reserve the right to give the authorities information that may lead to legal action.

Security

Whilst we cannot be responsible for the security of information while it is in transmission to us via the internet, upon receipt it will immediately be subject to the company's normal strict security and confidentiality procedures.

The same applies to telephoned information and data of all forms received by postal means, e.g. letters, CDs or DVDs.
