The CostCalc 4.4 system provides high visibility of all parameters and gives the option of covering up to 90 different processes in sequence. It can be used in its entirety to cover a complete manufacturing sequence, or for cost-estimating 'scarce resource' key processes, depending on the desired information.

The system allows the user to add and edit data at any time. Changes made will be processed automatically. If an inconsistency or incompatibility arises, there are many built-in warnings to bring any errors in data entries to the user’s attention, whilst assisting in locating and correcting them.

For those wishing to use modern estimating techniques, activities such as kitting, cleaning, inspection and rework, and packing & shipping can be assessed as direct activities or left in the overheads.

CostCalc 4.4 is designed for use with Windows XP Pro and requires 250 Mb of hard disk space.
